National Science Day was celebrated on 28th February, 2025 in Navyug English Medium School to commemorate the discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir C.V. Raman.Science Exhibition was held on this day and around 200 students participated in the exhibition. Students of Std V to IX and Std XI made Science models & AI(Robotics) models, Math projects.
The Exhibition was inaugurated by our Chief Guests Dr. Prashant Murumkar and Mr Yogendra Desai in the presence of our Director Madam Neela Desai and Joint Director Sir Varun Desai, Principal, Headmistress, Teachers, Parents and students. Dr. Prashant Murumkar is a renowned scientist and academician, serving as Director (I/C) Innovation & Start-up Cell & Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
A recipient of the prestigious ICMR-Young Indian Biomedical Scientist Award, Dr. Murumkar has a distinguished research career with international collaborations, numerous publications, and patents. He is a passionate mentor and innovator, shaping the future of pharmaceutical research. Mr Desai is the President of Varishth Mitra Mandal.
